Description

The tubariaceae is a taxonomic family of fungi that grow as mushrooms, each with a stem below a rounded cap. Classifying fungi is notoriously difficult, and this family was only circumscribed in 2008 by Alfredo Vizzini. He reclassified four genera from the family Inocybaceae based on molecular analysis.
