Description
Rimbachia typically grows on decaying wood in forests and is known for its small, delicate fruiting bodies that can look like tiny fans or shells. They often exhibit a smooth, waxy surface and may appear in shades of white, cream, or light brown. Some species in this group are part of important ecological processes, breaking down dead plant material and recycling nutrients back into the ecosystem.
