Description

Neobarya are a group of fungi known for their unique parasitic lifestyle, often found infecting other fungi and sometimes even insects. These fungi are commonly associated with decaying plant material, playing a critical role in nutrient cycling and decomposition. Their small, fruiting bodies can be tricky to spot, but they are fascinating to mycologists for their intricate relationships with their hosts.
