Description

Rhodophana er en gruppe som ofte gjenkjennes for sine livlige, rødlige nyanser. De spiller en avgjørende rolle i nedbrytningen av organisk materiale i skogøkosystemer og bidrar til resirkulering av næringsstoffer. Noen medlemmer i denne gruppen er kjent for sin særegne, iøynefallende farge som gjør at de skiller seg ut i sine naturlige habitater. De trives i forskjellige miljøer, hovedsakelig funnet på skogbunnen hvor de bidrar til nedbrytningsprosesser.
