Description

Lasallia er en fascinerende gruppe lav, kjent for sitt unike, humpete og blærelignende utseende. De fester seg ofte til steiner og kan finnes i ulike habitater, fra tørre områder til alpine miljøer. Et interessant faktum er at de har en ekstraordinær evne til å overleve ekstreme forhold, inkludert høye nivåer av UV-stråling og langvarig uttørking. Denne motstandskraften gjør lasallia til et utmerket studieobjekt for å forstå overlevelse i harde miljøer.
