Description

Homophron er en fascinerende gruppe sopp kjent for sine delikate og ofte skjøre fruktlegemer. Disse soppene vokser vanligvis i klaser ved foten av trær, og spiller en viktig rolle i næringssyklus og nedbrytning i skogøkosystemer. Slekten homophron ble gjenopplivet i 2015 av Örstadius og Larsson for å bedre klassifisere disse unike soppene, som tidligere ble gruppert under Psathyrella.
