Fruiting Body
Fruiting body small to medium sized.
Cap
Cap 1.5-9 cm across, dome-shaped; buff, slightly darker brown towards the center; surface hygrophanous, smooth, viscid when moist; with a striate margin when moist. Flesh thin, turns blue when damaged. Odour and taste not distinctive.
Gills
Gills adnexed, from pale grey to dark purple as they grow, four-gill widths apart.
