How to identify it?
Cap
Cap 5-20 cm across, convex at first, becoming flat, slightly depressed, depressed, or shallowly umbonate when expanded; bluish gray to dark gray or pale to dark gray-brown; surface smooth. Flesh thick, firm, white. Taste slightly sweet and oaky.
Gills
Gills decurrent, whitish to yellowish, close. Stem 1-7 cm long, 1-3 cm thick; white or cream; surface hairy to velvety.
