Fruiting body medium sized.
Cap
Cap 4-14 cm across, convex, becoming weakly funnel-shaped; salmon with concentric orange spots; surface smooth, slightly slimy when moist; bruising grayish green. Flesh yellowish-orange, slowly turns grayish green when damage. Taste mild, becoming slightly bitter after a while.
Gills
Gills decurrent, cap-colored, crowded, staining green.
