Fruiting body small to medium sized.
Cap
Cap 2-7 cm across, convex at first and flat when expanded; pale russet-orange, becoming cream or ochre, more deeply colored (pale russet or dull orange) toward the center; surface smooth, somewhat greasy when damp. Flesh thin, whitish. Odour and taste not distinctive.
