How to identify it?
Cap
Cap 6-15 cm across, raised, then flattened; light pink brown to pink gray to light yellow; surface dry, covered with pale pinkish-brown scales. Flesh thick, white, turns yellowish when bruised or injured. Taste sweet or slightly phenolic.
Gills
Gills free, light pink to pinkish gray, becoming chocolate brown in age, crowded.
