Chemical knight (Tricholoma stiparophyllum) is a white woodland mushroom that most commonly grows near birch trees. It can be most easily distinguished from its close neighbor Tricholoma album by its acrid and sweet odor. This mushroom is toxic and can result in unpleasant side effects if consumed.
