Description
Spreading Brown Cup is a basin-shaped mushroom that can be found growing on deadwood through the frost-free season. This mushroom may look almost identical to other Peziza mushrooms; however, it uniquely grows in layers, which can be observed when it is cut open or viewed with a hand lens.
