Dehydrator drying: Best for uniform drying, preserving texture and color, set at 45-55°C for 4-7 hours.
Oven drying: Effective for thorough drying at low temperatures with the oven door slightly open, approximately 50-60°C for 6-8 hours.
Air drying: Useful in dry climates with good air circulation, hang or lay out the slices for several days.
