Bog bell is found in damp, marshy environments, primarily during the autumn season. Physically, it can be recognized by its petite stature and distinct bell-shaped caps. Consuming it leads initially to gastrointestinal discomfort, following a temporary recovery period, serious liver damage may occur several days later as a result of its hepatotoxic properties.
